PRODUCT CATEGORY
Four different mattress categories are available, each offering various comfort levels. The brand also offers accessories and bed fittings such as pillows, bedsheets, and toppers.
OLD STORE SURVEY
The display is cluttered, lacks proper signage, the space is poorly laid out resulting in bad visibility from outside, and there is a lack of proper retail fixtures and lighting.
New Retail Fixtures
MATTRESS TROLLY
The mattress stand holds two sample mattresses on wheels, allowing salespeople to easily display and handle the product, instead of having to pull and lift it from shelves. The trolley can be disassembled and flat-packed for easy delivery.
SINGLE BED
Lightweight and easy to assemble, this metal bed frame comes with laminated ply bed slats for added comfort. The frame is designed to be sturdy and is held together by only two nuts, making the assembly process easy and requiring no sophisticated tools.

PARTITIONS/ DISPLAYBOARDS
The partitions are structured with metal L-angles, providing maximum strength without requiring heavier sections. This knock-down system is assembled using screws and rivets. The triangular shape allows for better visibility of retail products from the outside and fits perfectly into corner walls, eliminating any wasted space. The 18mm plywood face board serves as a blank canvas for displaying merchandise and display boards.
ACCESSORY STAND
Knockdown accessory stand with a perforated metal sheet for hanging hangers according to the size of the display product. It also features a metal cart below for holding larger items.

PILOT MODEL STORE
STRUCTURE
1000 sq. ft. model retail space with four test beds for each mattress category. Additionally, there are six mattress trollies, each holding 12 mattresses. The space also includes one accessory unit with two quick-buy bins and a billing counter. Cable trays are provided above for spotlights to highlight products, and there's reflected lighting from the ceiling as an ambient light source.
